    Kevin was friendly, courteous and patient with our process of finding and buying a home. We searched almost 30 homes over 2 months to find our home in west ocean city, MD. We finally settled in Ocean city after combing through multiple homes in Delaware and MD and having multiple offers fall through or get out offered. Kevin always was positive that we would find the right place for us and everything happens for a reason. Kevin helped us every step of the way with financing people, homes to see, and anything else we wanted to discuss. We were not easy on him, not by design, but by the market conditions and he was always friendly and wiling to help. I would recommend Kevin to everyone, it was a fantastic experience.
